Andy was brilliant, no nonsense, measured up in a few minutes and sent me initial quotes. After visiting his store and seeing the products I went with his business. The team was really professional. Fantastic service from beginning to end with two visits to measure up and check what we wanted, and then the installation over a number of days which meant that the fitters could give us a really nice and clean finish everywhere they worked. Really great company to work with, and excellent customer service. They responded quickly to any of our questions, and were able to give us some fantastic windows in a lovely finish. Thank you.

I can’t thank World of Windows enough – they have been great.

My purchased flat had gapping gaps letting air in above both the patio and kitchen door, and old sash front windows where the wood was crumbling on touch.

Other larger companies quoted me to replace all doors and said the only option was casement windows. Needless to say this was all extortionate and the windows shown felt clumpy and out of character for the period property. World of Windows came and surprised me by saying the doors were perfect, just needed readjustment. They could change the flowery glass in the window as well. This meant that I could use the saved money from fixes towards beautiful sash windows.

I highly recomend World of Windows, as a family business they brong amazing value, local knowledge, are a friendly team, true to word, amazing service and after care.

LOVE this company. Everyone there is professional, are experts in their craft, and have great energy/are really pleasant to work with. They make the process so quick and easy, and their work is very high quality (I am a perfectionist and have annoyingly high standards, so this means a lot coming from me).

The installers are a joy to be around, are positive, happy, work quickly, and they leave your house clean, almost like they were never there. They also do a good job finishing the windows, they don’t leave cracks everywhere that you then have to call someone else in to decorate later. The windows are great quality, they’ve made such a difference keeping my house warm and they look beautiful. My dad came to visit and he immediately noticed the windows — he is also an annoying perfectionist like me and it is hard to impress him but he raved several times during his trip about how nice my windows are.

It’s so nice being able to sit back and trust someone to do their job right, there was zero stress during the process. I was so happy with my windows that I had Andy and his team come back to fit the remaining windows in my house (which probably didn’t need to be replaced but now they are all perfect).

If you are getting new windows I would highly recommend going with World of Windows. Thank you boys!! 🙂
